Download your Zeta data

Easily export scans, preferences, and invoices for personal archives, doctor visits, or compliance requests.

Steps

1. Open Privacy Center

Settings → Privacy & Data → “Export my data.” You’ll see the formats available for your plan.

2. Choose scope

Pick which datasets to include: scans, purchase history, community reports, billing invoices. You can deselect anything you don’t need.

3. Request download

Click “Generate export.” We email you a secure link when the bundle is ready (usually under 5 minutes).

Troubleshooting

Link expired

Exports expire after 24 hours for security. Start a new request from the Privacy Center.

Tip: Save files to your password manager or encrypted drive.

File won’t open

Exports come as .zip archives with JSON + CSV data. Use any unzip tool, then open with Excel, Numbers, or VS Code.

Tip: Need PDF invoices? Select “Billing summaries” when requesting.

Missing scans

Only data from the last 24 months is stored by default. If you need older data, email privacy@zeta.app with your request ID.

Tip: You can opt into extended retention in Settings.

Data care basics

What formats are included?

We provide JSON for raw data and CSV for easy spreadsheets. Images (ingredient photos) download as separate folders.

Can I delete data after exporting?

Yes. Use “Delete my data” after you confirm the export. We’ll wipe servers within 30 days unless legal retention applies.

Do exports include family members?

Admins can export the entire family account. Individual members can export only their own scans and preferences.

Need regulator-friendly exports?

We can sign DPAs and custom reports

Email privacy@zeta.app with your organization info and we’ll prepare encrypted transfers and attestations.
