How it works
Refund process
Submit request
Email us with your order ID and reason for refund within 30 days of purchase.
Review
We assess your request within 48 hours and respond with approval or clarification.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Full policy
- Eligibility. Refunds are available for subscriptions purchased directly through our website or app within 30 days of the original payment. Third-party purchases (App Store, Google Play) follow their respective refund policies.
- Free trial. If you cancel during your free trial period, you will not be charged. No refund is necessary.
- Partial refunds. We may offer prorated refunds for annual subscriptions if you've used less than 25% of the service period.
- Family plans. Refunds for family subscriptions require termination of all associated member accounts.
- Abuse prevention. Accounts with repeated refund requests or suspected fraudulent activity may be reviewed and denied at our discretion.
- Data retention. After a refund, your scan history remains available for 90 days. You may request immediate deletion.
- Currency fluctuations. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency. Exchange rate differences are not compensated.
- Contact. All refund requests must be submitted via email to support@zeta.app with your transaction ID and detailed reason.
